David Graham

FOUNDER, CEO Member of SCIP, CSI, CSC

David Graham Architect AIBC has been a LEED AP for 15 years and has written specifications for LEED projects in both BC and Alberta. David’s experience spans over 34 years to include project types such as hospitals, high schools, middle schools, colleges, government centres, DND, Veterans Affairs, retail commercial, residential low-rise and high-rise, restaurants, retail, banks and automotive dealerships. David is a member of Construction Specifications Canada(CSC) and teaches the Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) and Construction Contract Administration (CCA) courses out the Vancouver Island Chapter of the CSC. He is the current Director of the CSC Vancouver Island Chapter. David has also been a design mentor in the RAIC Syllabus program helping students make their way through the architecture program.

Rochelle Graham PT MAPPL

Healthcare Consultant

Rochelle has over 35 years of experience working in the healthcare field as a physiotherapist, professional practice leader and manager both in Alberta and BC. Her experience in providing care varies from a trauma intensive care, palliative care, seniors care, extended care and home care. 

She has been a leader in musculoskeletal injury prevention for healthcare workers, coaching and training staff in Injury prevention equipment including working with Bariatric clients.

In 2016 Rochelle received her Masters in Public and Pastoral Leadership, deepening her understanding of the spiritual components of health.

Excellence in buildings, whether built for acute clinical care, rehab centres or supportive seniors housing provides an environment that empowers the highest level of function and recovery while also ensuring safety and ease of collaboration. The spiritual and cultural components are provided through spaces to connect with music, art, nature, ritual or ceremony. These touch the deeper spaces of our being to nourish our spirits.
